GrokoryAI · Claude Code skill pack

One source in. A full content set out, in your voice and not the model's.

The Content Engine is 26 Claude Code skills: six source adapters, a strategy checkpoint you approve, twelve format writers, and three distribution steps. It runs every piece through a brand-voice scaffold that ships empty, because a content engine that invents your brand voice is inventing your brand.

The Content Engine - a 26-skill Claude Code content system that turns one source into a full set of on-brand pieces
26 skills · 6 source adapters · 12 format writers · 1 complete worked run
The file list

Twenty-six skills, grouped by what they do.

Copy the skill files into your Claude Code commands directory. Keep the brand scaffold and the worked example where your sessions can read them.

The spine · 4 skills
  • setup - run this first. Points the skills at your folders and walks you through filling in your brand voice.
  • content - the orchestrator: source, then brand voice, then strategy, then parallel drafts, then filing.
  • content-brand-context - loads your brand voice for every piece. Reads the brand-template folder.
  • content-strategy - turns a source into a per-format content plan. This is your checkpoint before anything is written.
Sources · 6 adapters

Whatever you already have.

  • video - a recording or a link
  • web - a URL, via a Firecrawl connection
  • brief - a topic written from scratch
  • document - a PDF, DOCX, or markdown file
  • transcript - a call or meeting
  • repurpose - something you already published
Formats · 12 writers

One source, many shapes.

  • Blog post, long-form article, lead magnet
  • LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X thread
  • Email newsletter and email nurture sequence
  • Sales script, YouTube metadata, graphic brief
Quality and distribution · 4 skills
  • content-craft-council - optional four-agent critique pass for short social posts.
  • content-distribute-file - files finished pieces into a consistent local folder structure.
  • content-distribute-drive - mirrors the filed content to Google Drive, if you connect it.
  • content-distribute-schedule - builds a publishing schedule with reminders and email drafts.
brand-template/

Ships empty. That is the design.

  • brand-guidelines.md - fill this and content sounds like you
  • platform-tones.md - how the voice shifts per channel
  • niches/ - avatar and pain-points per audience, where your angles come from

Leave it empty and you get generic output that could be anyone's. Output quality is a direct function of how well you fill it, and there is no shortcut around that.

Show, do not claim

A complete real run, included read-only.

One weekly source digest went in. These six pieces came out, in one run. The folder is in the pack so you can read every word before you generate anything of your own.

worked-example/ · one source, six pieces
blog-post.md~1210 words
email-newsletter.md~302 words
linkedin.md~278 words
linkedin-opinion.md~278 words
x-thread.md7 tweets
facebook.md~79 words
plan.md + INDEX.mdstrategy + index

The actual index from the bundled run, including the strategy note explaining why each angle was chosen.

What that lets you check.

  • Whether the writing is good enough to publish under your name
  • How the same source becomes six genuinely different pieces, not six reskins
  • What the strategy checkpoint actually hands you to approve
  • The quality bar a well-filled brand scaffold produces

The worked example carries the author's brand voice on purpose. It is a sample of what a filled-in scaffold produces, not a template to copy. Your runs carry your voice.

Built for

Operators who publish more than they have time for.

Solo operators and founders

You know content compounds and you keep not doing it, because starting from a blank page every time is the tax you never pay.

Agencies running client content

Duplicate the niche folder per client and the same pipeline produces work in each client's voice rather than yours.

Anyone sitting on unused source material

Recorded calls, old posts, a research doc. The six source adapters exist because the raw material is usually already there.

Before you buy

What it needs, and what it does not do.

Read this bit properly. It is cheaper for both of us than a refund.

Requirements

  • Claude Code, with custom command support. The skills are plain markdown, so there is no runtime and nothing to install
  • Time to fill in the brand scaffold. This is the real requirement and the one that determines output quality
  • Optional connections, each used by one skill: Firecrawl for web sources, Google Drive to mirror files, Calendar and Gmail for scheduling, Fireflies for call transcripts

Limitations, stated plainly

  • No image generator is bundled. The graphic skill writes the brief and you render it with a tool of your choice
  • Every optional connection degrades gracefully. A missing tool produces a spec or skips that path rather than failing
  • Tested on macOS and Linux. Windows via WSL is untested
  • Built against Claude Code's skill format as of mid-2026
  • Updates are at the author's discretion. There is no guaranteed release cadence
  • It does not publish for you, and it does not check your claims. You own what you publish, including advertising, consent, and any regulated-sector rules in your industry and country

Straight answers

Questions worth asking first.

Why does the brand scaffold ship empty?

Because the alternative is worse. A scaffold pre-filled with someone else's voice produces content that sounds like them, and most buyers would never fully strip it out. Filling in the guidelines and one niche folder is the work that makes every downstream piece yours. The pack's README gives you the fill order.

Does it publish or schedule posts automatically?

No. The distribution skills file content locally, optionally mirror it to Google Drive, and build a publishing schedule with reminders and drafts. Pressing publish stays with you, deliberately.

What happens if I do not connect Firecrawl, Drive, or the others?

Those specific skills degrade gracefully rather than breaking: they produce a spec, or skip that path. The core loop of source, strategy, drafts, and local filing needs no external connection at all.

Is this 26 variations of one prompt?

No. The six source adapters parse genuinely different inputs, the strategy skill is a checkpoint that plans angles per format before writing, and each format writer has its own length target and structure. The worked example is the evidence: one source, six pieces, different shapes and lengths.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes. Duplicate the niche folder per client or per audience, and the same pipeline produces work in each one's voice. The brand scaffold is designed to be copied, not overwritten.

How is this priced?

One-time, no subscription, no upsell sequence. The honest anchor is your own time: the pack is worth it if assembling and tuning an equivalent set of format writers yourself is a worse use of a weekend than reading a finished one.
