He worked as a criminal intelligence analyst across specialist police units, then moved into the Australian Public Service where he held senior compliance and investigative roles across four Commonwealth agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Justice with professional minors in Intelligence and Security, and an Advanced Diploma of Intelligence Practice.
That background shapes how he works. Gregory approaches AI implementation the way an analyst approaches a complex case - map the real problem first, gather the evidence, then build something that holds up under pressure.
