I'm Gregory Hardiman. I founded GrokoryAI after 25 years working inside digital operations and marketing teams - agency side, client side, and as the person called in when the systems break at the worst possible moment.

I've worked with small businesses across industries, but the pattern was the same everywhere: operators who were excellent at their trade but buried in admin that shouldn't need a person. Quotes that needed following up. Invoices that slipped. Leads that went cold. Work done the same way every time, by hand, because nobody had built the system.

GrokoryAI is the answer to that problem, built for two industries where I've seen it play out most acutely: Australian trades businesses (plumbers, electricians, builders, HVAC contractors) and allied health practices (physio, chiro, OT, podiatry, dental).

Checked and clearance-ready. I hold a current 2026 National Police Check and a valid Working With Children Check. Certificate and card details are available to any client on request.

What GrokoryAI actually builds.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute Bottleneck Audit. From there, we build a working automation system in seven days - not a strategy deck, a working system. The stack is deliberate: Make or Zapier for automation logic, Claude or ChatGPT for AI-generated content inside the workflow, Google Workspace for the back end, and whichever job management platform the business already runs (ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, or Fergus for trades; Cliniko, Nookal, or Coreplus for allied health).

Everything is built inside the client's own accounts. There is no GrokoryAI platform to be locked into. When a build is complete, the system belongs to the business - not to GrokoryAI. Every sprint ends with a one-page SOP, a screen-recorded walkthrough, and a live handover session.

We also publish a growing library of digital products that small business owners can buy and use immediately without a custom build. PlumberText AI Engine (50 SMS templates for plumbing businesses) and SparkText AI Engine (73 templates for electricians) are the first two. More are in development.

The thing I had to learn the hard way.

Most small businesses don't need strategy. They need the next bottleneck fixed, this week, with tools they already pay for. Strategy documents make consultants feel important. They don't make plumbers any money.

The seven-day sprint format is the answer to that. It forces a choice: one problem, one system, seven days. If a problem genuinely can't ship in that window, we say so in the audit and break it into smaller jobs. The constraint is the discipline.

If it doesn't create time, reduce stress, or increase revenue - don't build it.

AI use and responsible practice.

GrokoryAI follows Australian Government guidance on AI adoption in small business. The National AI Centre at ai.gov.au publishes practical guidance on responsible AI use for Australian businesses - I refer clients to this resource during every build.

Specific commitments on every build:

  • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) used on paid business tier with model training switched off by default
  • Client data stays in client-owned accounts - no GrokoryAI servers
  • Every AI touchpoint in a workflow is documented in the handover SOP
  • Human approval required before any customer-facing output is sent
  • Kill switch built into every workflow
